For years the narrative of rejection and divorce held me hostage and tricked me into isolation.
Convinced that no one cared…I took to journaling my thoughts, my feelings, and my fears. That process marked the beginning of a self-discovery journey that taught me how to create healthy boundaries that were necessary for me to live authentically and courageously.
Silence is the new “SHAME”
As we build a tribe that challenges the narrative of silence one voice at a time – it is essential that we learn from – and champion traditionally excluded voices that not only overcame but live to plant seeds of H.O.P.E to those stuck in cycles of toxicity.
Vulnerability is not a weakness! It is an amazing act that creates the kind of human connection that encourages humanity to empathize with others and to create communities that offer belonging – so that no one ever lives alone again!

Journeying with rejection ended in retrospectives through numerous prompts found in the tear-dried wrinkled pages of my journal. Retrospectives that led me back to paths of memories I had forgotten but were necessary in pushing me to create this "Practical Story Journal".
For that "one person" feeling rejected and isolated, this journal is so much more than just my story.
It is a reflection of my beautiful stars and a courageous opportunity fo you to record your own thoughts
Meet Ten...
a.k.a "the" ex that no longer carries someone else's identity"
An author of a series of "Interactive" Story Journals" that engage her tribe back to building up self-love and confidence through her personal life experiences. She is an award-winning Pain and Purpose advocate and an inspiring transformational survivor of constant rejection - that tested her differently and broke her differently only to leave her with scars that healed her differently. Through the power of her story, Ten reveals the ugly truth's in the phases of her journey from "absolute" loss to "ultimate" forgiveness. Her love for life coupled with the understanding of her purpose paved the way for insurmountable odds that were mind-blowing beyond anything that she could have ever scripted for her new normal.

Is to challenge women alike to be sensitive to understanding that life does visit us all. At the end of the day, life's interruptions can be devastating and tend to leave scars that keep us stuck in cycles of hopelessness. Our responsibility lies in understanding that brokenness just doesn't affect the "victim" alone, but it also affects everything and everyone connected to them. There is power in each and everyone's story. What we share with others can literally mean the difference between life and death. There is a huge need for responsibility within the human family to do our best to be encouraging and supportive of each other.

Ten seeks to change the narrative of "rejection" one story at a time by positively contributing to the mental health of not only that "one" person, but of everyone else that is connected to them as well.
